ronfitch ::: Favorites The Rockpalast show is the only one I know of with Lowell George on DVD. There was a Warner Brothers VHS release of Little Feat in London in 1977 (Mick Taylor, ex-Rolling Stones guests), but that never made it to DVD officially. There are some boot versions of it out there. I'd gladly pay for an official, clean, remaster of it if Warner would put it out on DVD. 07-08-23 17:05:41 _____________________________________________________
96617 ::: Favorites I'm new to you-tube and it's wild to see all this old Feat stuff. Are there any DVD's, (with Lowell), out other than the Rock Palace show. If there is I'd love to hear about them! Thank you very much! 07-08-21 17:10:51 _____________________________________________________

cangorongo ::: Favorites Lowell was amazing, but the groove that band dug... sometimes so tight you couldn't get a credit card through it, other times a syncopated bass or drum part would pick you up and throw you across the room, such was the traction. In other words the best blues-funk groove band of all time. 07-08-09 17:40:54 _____________________________________________________
drmlabs ::: Favorites I saw them in a samll theater in 1976 & to this day it stands as one of the best i've ever seen. Hotcha, indeed! 07-08-08 09:46:52 _____________________________________________________
boedda2007 ::: Favorites in was june 1976, PinkPop festival in Holland, see my video for more... 07-08-07 17:50:23 _____________________________________________________
2rainbowed ::: Favorites Lowell was a personal friend. He was a great big personality, even when you hung out. Damn near killed me to hear he died, here in DC I was, and him maybe 20 min. away. And all his "friends" (connections) cared about was that there was no trace back to them. What a crock. Glad he did get to live big, even if, like the best, he died young. 07-08-05 18:08:13 _____________________________________________________
PeacefulTemple ::: Favorites Great! Thanks for posting, what year was this concert? 07-08-04 13:11:58 _____________________________________________________
GASRGUY ::: Favorites Little Feat today bears little resemblance to this incredeble band you see in this video. They need to ditch Tackett and Murphy and replace them with Bonnie Raitt. You get a great voice and a killer slide player at he same time. Not a bad voice either. That would bring back the soul and energy this band needs today. Yes I know that'll never happen how cool would that be?!!! 07-08-03 22:18:38 _____________________________________________________
Oldboblues ::: Favorites Absolutely fabulous,thanks. 07-08-02 16:08:44 _____________________________________________________ |
