you're absolutely right, the competition that girls (and guys) endure on a daily basis just to gain the attention of others has a negative effect of their lives. That's why I just say, fuck it, ... if you like me for who I am, then great, if you hate me, I'm not going to suck up, or dress a certain way to gain your attention.
When a girl is making me wait, I use that time to go and get her flowers. (Chances are I rushed over to her house and didn't have time to)
