We are so USED to these school shootings everyone just goes straight into the mourning part, without ever trying to figure out what to do to prevent this problem. Of course we blame the killer but who does HE blame? Why werent there any school shootings the 1800's? Well, no guns. But how about like a schoolwide beating? The point is nobody wanted to do that then. But why now? (Not that we had a tribe then and not one now, its just that now, the members of our culture as a whole are just beginning to show the effects of tribe-lackage.) EDIT: Look at what they are doing here. The interview with the room mates says, "Living With a Killer." Well guess fucking what, he wasn't a killer back then and maybe if his room mates had been a little more supportive instead of the monsters ALL kids ARE, maybe this would not have happened. EDIT: I have been informed by a bunch of you brilliant douchebag slightly-evolved-spittle-that-i-spit-onto-the-street that Columbine was in fact not the first school shooting. I am hitting a bowl IN the video. Im not going for facts here. Besides I was only in 6th grade when Columbine happened and it was all televised and shit so I remember it as being pretty fucking big.
