Description: Ben and I went to a Super 8 night and witnessed awful things: a three and a half minute shot of a field; a monkey stealing another monkey's chips, that sort of thing. We said to ourselves, "we could do better than that without budget, production values, story, narrative structure, talent, and shame." So we did. And here it is. The Manmoggy of Bummerton Whisk. Coldplay, and Cassette Boy Vs DJ Rubbish tracks have been added for this viewing as we recorded without sound in the Super 8 tradition. Any musicians out there wanting to try their hand at producing an origianl score for Manmoggy are welcome. I'm about to start a film production degree in Sheffield UK and am keen to work with like-minded people on this and future projects (networking dirty word). |
