Daentus ::: Favorites (second bit) They teach some interesting things and the mythology associated with them is worth knowing. But again, I don't see everything in a religion as fact, just interesting myth. Just as a Christian would say "Heracles is a myth." I would say the same for a figure such as David from David and Goliath. But as in all things, stories teach while they entertain. Daentus ::: Favorites (first bit) I must say I agree with you on many points. I'm an Agnostic by the way, but labels aside, I can't help but wonder if we are better off with some religions. Not all religions are warmongering or violent. Look at Buddhism (non-deific variety), they preach a path of non-violence and peaceful coexistence with the world and its people.
