This piece is so deep when played properly, such as shown here.

Beautiful and perfect tempo. Very mysterious, melancholy, haunting, and oh so beautiful. I though Rudof Serkin played this the best until I heard Ashkenazy play this. Simply the absolute best!

I din't know the Beatles wrote Beethoven's Air on a G String for 5 voices by Schubert!! All 4 Beatles were so fantastic - but who's heard of Beethoven now and who the friggin' 'ell's on the piano!! "D'you know the 'Piano's On My Foot'?" "No, but I think I've just say on a mashmellow."

was not sure what to make of your comments - then read your cv - and decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and not remove your comments.

what do you make of it ? what it means to you will not mean the same thing to anyone else. My late father once told me - "you don't read a good book, a good book reads you" . And in a way anything we read or hear or see - and our reaction to it will probablytell us more about ourselves thtan it does about the thing we re responing to. So - wht you make of this - should tell you something about yourself. Thanks for the commenting anyway.

are you a beatles fan ?- I know it is an unusual combination of the beatles and beethoven but i like both and try not to compartmentalise music - there is an awful lot of bigotry and snobbery from all quarters of the music world
